At the end of every meal, we need the dessert that will put a smile on our faces. The truffle is rich in quality chocolate. Together with a small amount of sugar it rounds out the meal and gives us a wonderful taste of “more, more, more, more…”

1 liter heavy cream or pareve “Rich” topping
50 g brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
100 g water
1 kg quality 56% chocolate
300 g Dutch cocoa
