The perfect culinary-aesthetic experience that we know how to deliver can be adapted to different audiences and different scales. We know how to adapt ourselves to intimate events of 50–60 people just as well as to large gatherings of 500 or 600 guests. Each event is built together with the hosts around a concept that matches their preferences, and we are happy to hear, at the end of the event, the expected answer — “wonderful” — from the guests.
